I don't really get people that give this movie a low score. Maybe they don't watch it in Italian, or they read the English subtitles. If so, I agree with you, the movie sucks.
It needs to be in Italian, and you NEED to understand Italian to really appreciate this movie. It is my all time favorite of the series. De Sica and Boldi make a great couple here, they are complementary of each other. I only wish they could include Diego Abatantuono more in the movies they make (like 'Paparazzi'). Anyway, for the sake of this movie, learn some Italian, and than come back to rate it again.
